Membership Hold Request

This is not a membership cancellation request. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 5 business days before a payment is due or the scheduled payment will process as scheduled. Membership hold requests are available in 30 day increments for up to 3 consecutive 30-day periods. (no longer than 90 days total). This form must be filled out for each 30 day period.nUpon expiration of the hold period your account will automatically reactivate and your current membership will resume.
